This report has been linked to the following event: Event 1117-2019
Observer
NameMartha L
Experience Level3/5
RemarksI'm not sure of my estimate of magnitude. I'm thinking more in terms of size--I know this is not what magnitude is. My observation tonight was of a pure white object appearing maybe 6 times greater in diameter than the biggest/brightest Venus that I recall ever seeing, which was in the early AM fairly close to, to the right and just a little above the moon sometime in January 2019. I hope you can interpret this in a useful way.
