RemarksI have seen shooting stars and this was bigger, brighter, lasted longer and I could see a trail of fire and watched until my view was blocked by trees. I never have seen anything so big or close and easy to see. It looked like it may have come down in the Gulf of Mexico as it seemed so close but who knows how big or far away it actually was. It was thrilling but kind of scary as I never saw anything so big or close to the horizon. Since it was not a shooting star, I got a good long look at it.
