Experience Level1/5
RemarksI decided to report this after I heard about a loud explosion in Wichita, Ks today at 1:40 pm and heard it may have been a meteor. I saw this at 1:23 pm 3.5 hours away from where the loud explosion was heard. I was driving W and this would have been SW of me. It was traveling extremely fast that I thought it was a shooting star, but found it strange as I’ve never seen one during the day.
