Remarks | Seen in city lights at Carolina Beach by my while family of six, as well as another family of 5 that was walking on an adjacent ramp to a building. At the end it began sputtering out, and decreased in brightness and then increased back to full brightness I've seen probably around a dozen or more fireballs previously for reference. |
